After Tohpati, here's guitarist Agam Hamzah and his Jakarta's celebrated jazz-rock power trio Ligro, founded in 2004. More improvised and jam-based than SimakDialog, the trio manages to be both impressively tight and appealingly loose in their execution, showing the assured technique of players thoroughly grounded in the best of contemporary instrumental music.
